Shipping and Return Questions
What carriers do you use to ship? We offer USPS and UPS. The checkout page will automatically add our flat rate option of $9.99. Average delivery time is 3-5 days.
How do I return an item that I don’t want? Please contact us by phone or email if you decide you want to return your stencil. We will email you a return shipping label and the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit card.
Are there any terms associated with making a return? We only accept the return of unused and undamaged stencils within 30 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee. Please return your items in the same or similar packaging to ensure the item is not damaged.
When should I expect to be refunded? Once we have received your returned item, we will credit your credit card.
What happens if I receive a damaged stencil? If you receive a damaged stencil, please contact us right away and you will be refunded the total amount of the order and the shipping cost. You can call us at 203-914-6387 or email us at support@blacksheepstencils.com.We may ask you to take a photo of the damaged stencil for insurance purposes.
